ITSFM Editor

The ITSFM Editor training is designed for students tasked to create feature intelligence, build fiber and electric connectivity and bulk importing data into the ITSFM system. This training requires advanced skills using geographic information systems (GIS) or computer-aided design (CAD), MS Excel, and GPS mapping software along with knowledge of civil and telecommunication designs used in ITS deployments. Editor training is separated into three courses (Outside Plant Infrastructure, Senior Outside Plant Infrastructure and Fiber Optic Cable Editors), each tailored to the specialized tasks and prior experience needed to perform the work.
