Finance and Administration

The Assistant Secretary for Finance and Administration includes the Office of Administration, the Office of Comptroller and the Office of Work Program & Budget.  

• Office of Administration provides administrative support to the Department at its Central Headquarters and statewide. Offices of oversight include Equal Opportunity, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Procurement and Support Services.

• Office of Comptroller manages, safeguards and accounts for the Department's financial resources and information.  Offices include Disbursements; Financial Management; General Accounting, Statewide Contracts, Grants and Funds Management; Project Finance and Systems Support.

• Office of Work Program and Budget manages the Department's Five Year Adopted Work Program and provides financial planning services to Department management. The office contains six functional areas: Budget Office; Federal Aid Management; Financial Management Support; Finance, Program and Resource Allocation; Production Management; and Work Program Development and Operations.
