2024 Lettings

Review for the 2025 Florida Official Transportation Map is now open

Input for the development of the 2025 Florida Official Transportation Map including revisions, corrections and updates to the Florida Official Transportation Map is now online.

  • Evaluation Period - The requests submitted should reflect, as best as possible, the conditions existing or anticipated by January 1, 2025.
  • Deadline - Due to the proposed schedule for the completion of the map, we must receive your response no later than May 31, 2024. On this date the application will be closed for further edits. 
  • Print vs. Digital Maps - Please be aware that the information we receive will be included on the printed map as space allows, but we also have another map, the MyFlorida Transportation Map (also known as the Facilities Map and featured on the FDOT.gov home page), were we may be able to accommodate requests that we were not able to be include in the printed version of the map. 
  • Requests for Updates - Although the submission of detailed ancillary information is useful, it is extremely important that you note the corrections using the FL State Map Revisions App, where you can include attachments but you may also email any further documents, pictures, etc. you deem necessary to transportation.map@dot.state.fl.us

Addenda & Amendments

Contractors will be notified of all Amendments and are required to download the Amendments from the  CPP Online Ordering System per these instructions: Amendment Instructions (PDF)

Amendment files can be downloaded by clicking on the links.  Amendments must be downloaded to the location of your original EBS file prior to preparing the bid.
