Furnishing, installing, integrating, and testing all hardware and software required for effective operation of the City of Orlando SODA TOP (Smart Orlando Downtown Advanced Traffic Operations Performance) system.

This is a design-build Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) project to install hardware and software to provide Transit Signal Priority (TSP) operation for signalized intersections and LYNX Buses in Orange County.
