NASA Boulevard From Wickham Road to US-1 (T5780)

This is an Intelligent Transportation Systems installation project in Brevard County. This project will improve the safety, mobility, and efficiency at various intersections along NASA Boulevard. 

The improvements under this Contract consist of the installation of Intelligent Transportation System components along SR 509 / NASA Boulevard from Wickham Road to SR 5. The components include fiber optic cable (FOC), connection of traffic signals to the new FOC, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, video detection systems (VDS), Connected Vehicle Road Side Units (RSU), cabinets including uninterruptible power supply (UPS) installation, and Ethernet switches.
