Welcome to the District Three Tentative Work Program

The Five-Year Work Program is our plan for transportation system improvements programmed during the next five years. The Five-Year Work Program includes planning activities, preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and public transportation projects within the following 16 counties: Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Wakulla, Walton and Washington.

The current Adopted Five-Year Work Program covers Fiscal Years 2024 through 2028 (projects programmed July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2028) and was adopted on July 1, 2023. To view and search selections of the adopted with amended and historical versions of the Five-Year Work Program, you may use the Five-Year Work Program online search tool.
