FDOT Employee or Staff Augmentation Access Account Request Instructions

To be requested for a future FDOT employee or Staff Augmentation seeking access.

Each user with access to Departmental resources agrees that they have been authorized as an individual and that all access must be used exclusively by that individual

The following steps must be completed to receive a computer user ID and gain access to FDOT computer systems and\or IT Resources.


1. Contact
 your future Supervisor or a Security Coordinator for the District for which you’ll be working. They can assist you with this process. 

2. Review the Policies and Statutes dealing with computer resources.  

3. Take the FDOT Computer Security CBT and Save your certificate. Then submit it to FDOT using the CBT DocuSign PowerForm.

4. Complete the FDOT Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA) form using FDOT's DocuSign PowerForm. 

Here is a link to Detailed Instructions  for completing and signing the FDOT Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA) form.  Completion and signature of the AUA Form indicates that you have read, understand and will abide by all Policies and Statutes and that you have completed the Computer Security CBT (Computer Based Training).

5. By completing the AUA and the Computer Security CBT via FDOT DocuSign PowerForm the completed documents will be saved where FDOT can retrieve the information electronically. 

6. Contact your future Supervisor and/or Security Coordinator to let them know you have completed both the AUA and CBT so your access may be requested in FDOT's identity and access management system.
