Claims Section
The Claims Section processes claims against the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) by people seeking to recover money from FDOT for damage to their property or for bodily injury. If you believe you have a claim against the FDOT, you may submit your claim electronically through the Claims Management System.
In the alternative, you may submit your claim by completing and mailing a Statement of Claim for Property Damage or a Statement of Claim for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, together with a Lien Disclosure Statement. Please allow extra time for manual processing. Links to these forms are provided below.
