Application Services

John Mallette is the Manager of Application Services, which manages the statewide applications and digital architecture that support the Department’s critical business functions. This includes planning, designing, and developing new or enhanced applications and enhancing, supporting, and maintaining current statewide applications. We provide technical architectural governance and oversight for statewide application development projects.

Additionally, we provide oversight project management services for application development projects with external development vendors. To ensure we provide consistent services to our customers, we perform strategic analysis and reporting for our processes to ensure transparency and efficiency in our services. Each team supports distinct areas of Application Services: Program & Project Management, Architecture & Infrastructure, Supporting Technology, Custom Development & Testing, and Operations, Maintenance & Remediation. .
