Finance and Administration

The Assistant Secretary for Finance and Administration includes the Office of Administration, the Office of Comptroller and the Office of Work Program & Budget.  

• Office of Administration provides administrative support to the Department at its Central Headquarters and statewide. Offices of oversight include Business Growth and Engagement, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Procurement and Support Services.

• Office of Comptroller manages, safeguards and accounts for the Department's financial resources and information.  Offices include Disbursements; Financial Management; General Accounting, Statewide Contracts, Grants and Funds Management; Project Finance and Systems Support.

• Office of Work Program and Budget manages the Department's Five Year Adopted Work Program and provides financial planning services to Department management. The office contains six functional areas: Budget Office; Federal Aid Management; Financial Management Support; Finance, Program and Resource Allocation; Production Management; and Work Program Development and Operations.
