Data and details found outside of the printed border region is for FDOT internal use only and should not be used. Modifications to the Standard Plans must be performed under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer. If any portion of the Standard Plans is modified, the Professional Engineer becomes the Engineer of Record (EOR) responsible for the changes. See the FDOT Design Manual (FDM), Chapter 115, for additional information on the use of modified Standard Plans within FDOT Contract Plans.
