Per  DCE Memo 22-03, contracts let between January 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2021 that have adopted the Material Price Adjustment specification are eligible to receive a Material Price Adjustment for Steel Guardrail.

Per DCE Memo 22-04 , contracts let between January 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2021 that have adopted the Material Price Adjustment specification are eligible to receive a Material Price Adjustment for Copper, PVC, and Aluminum.

Per  DCE Memo 22-05 and Revised DCE Memo 22-05, contracts let between January 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2021 that have adopted the Material Price Adjustment specification are eligible to receive a Material Price Adjustment for Rebar and Prestressing Strand.

Per  DCE Memo 22-09, contracts let between January 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2021 that have adopted the Material Price Adjustment specification are eligible to receive a Material Price Adjustment for Steel Handrails.

Per  DCE Memo 22-10, contracts let between January 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2021 that have adopted the Material Price Adjustment specification are eligible to receive a Material Price Adjustment for Structural Steel and Steel Sheet Piling.

Per  DCE Memo 22-11, contracts let between January 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2021 that have adopted the Material Price Adjustment specification are eligible to receive a Material Price Adjustment for Steel Sign Structures and Mast Arms.

Per  DCE Memo 22-14, contracts let between January 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2021 that have adopted the Material Price Adjustment specification are eligible to receive a Material Price Adjustment for Thermoplastic, Fencing, Dowel Baskets/Bars and/or Stay-In-Place Forms (SIP).
