Final As-Built Plans

All projects let after July 2015 are required to provide the Department electronically marked up As-Built plans (see Construction Bulletin No. 02-15 (*.pdf, 39 KB)).

All projects let after July 2016 are required to provide the Department electronic Final As-Built Plans with digital signature in PDF format.

Bluebeam Revu eXtreme has been chosen by the State Construction Office as its primary PDF software, but we do not mandate its use by other stakeholders, as long as compliance with Department policies and procedures is maintained.
