The following is provided as guidance to users of the Florida Department of Transportation’s Contractor’s Past Performance Rating (CPPR) system. From FDOT Form 700-010-25 and the State Construction Office’s website and the mandatory spreadsheet for calculating score, the following guidance is extracted.
