Annual Regulatory Plan

In accordance with Section 120.74, F.S., as amended by Ch. 2015-162, Laws of Florida, the Department of Transportation provides the attached regulatory plan listing each law enacted or amended during the previous 12 months which creates or modifies the duties or authority of the Department and the Department's plan to initiate rulemaking to comply with any law necessitating rulemaking.  Also listed are rules the Department plans to develop, amend, or repeal in the upcoming year.

Notices

Notice of Variance

The Florida Department of Transportation hereby gives notice that on June 3, 2020, the Department entered an Order Granting Petition for Variance from Rule 14-73.001, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). On April 27, 2020, the Department received a petition for variance from the provisions of Rule 14-73.001, F.A.C., from Flagler County, Florida.  Rule 14-73.001 establishes requirements for the recipients of the Department’s transit grant funds.  The Department granted the variance because Flagler County, Florida, has satisfied the requirements for a variance under Section 120.542, Florida Statutes.

A copy of the request may be obtained and any comments may be submitted to the Agency Clerk at  FDOT.AgencyClerk@dot.state.fl.us.
