SG 1533 - Allow audit of Road Ranger Procedural Errors
  • Allows a user with appropriate permissions to add, modify, and remove procedural errors using the audit feature for both closed and open events.
SG-5986 – Adds support for Vehicle Alert Devices with Dual Snapshot Cameras
  • Enables the system to retrieve and display a secondary slideshow of images from supported vehicle alert devices equipped with dual snapshot cameras, in addition to the primary slideshow. It also allows a new or updated vehicle alert device with an associated camera to be saved without a camera preset.
SG-7005 - Road Ranger Cameras
  • Enables one or more cameras to be associated with any AVL vehicle. Allows users to choose which live video streams from the associated cameras to launch. Adds a badge to AVL vehicle map icons to indicate vehicles that have at least one associated camera.
SG-7057 - Adding Comments to Unowned Events
  • Allows a user with appropriate permissions to add comments to an event without taking ownership of the event.
SG-4680 - Ability to Save Dialog Filters
  • Allows users to save and clear grid filter configurations. Also enables the system to automatically load any saved configuration when the dialog is opened.
SG-7056 - Automatically Changing Status of Unconfirmed Events to Active
  • Adds configuration options to enable automatically setting an event’s status from Unconfirmed to Active when any of the following actions occur: a Road Ranger arrives; a responder arrives; a confirmed lane blockage is added; a response plan is activated; and an event is published.
SG-6870 - Road Ranger Activities for Electric Vehicle Support
  • Adds new Road Ranger activity options for electric vehicle (EV) support, including: EV Charge Successful, with charge time entered in minutes; and several options with reasons for EV Charge Failed.
SG-7413 - RISC Timestamps and Durations Supporting Statewide Consistent Reporting
  • Provides a database view showing key timestamps for RISC activations, and enables the system to calculate and store RISC Total Stop Duration, RISC Travel Lane Clearance Duration, and Incident Clearance Duration.
SG-7116 - Identify Lane Type
  • Requires users to designate a lane type for each TSS lane, and stores the list of lane types in the database. The system includes an initial set of TSS lane types: Mainline, On Ramp, Off Ramp, C/D Ramp, Shoulder, and Express.
SG-7473 - Samsara AVL Support in SPARR Driver
  • Allows the system to store an optional Samsara device identifier for each AVL vehicle. If a vehicle is configured with this identifier, the system uses GPS data from Samsara instead of SPARR; otherwise, it continues to use SPARR-provided GPS data.
SG-7653 - Higher Precision in RWIS Ice and Water Measurements
  • Allows the system to display higher precision measurements for pavement sensor water and ice depth.
  
  
SG 6822 - Rail Crossing Notifications in SunGuide
  • Enables the use of a Rail Crossing interface to display real-time crossing status on Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) ahead of the gate and publish the same status information on the FL511.
SG-6956 - MDX Logo on SunGuide Operator Map
  • Changes the logo on the Operator Map from “MDX” to “GMX” to reflect Miami-Dade Expressway Agency’s name change to Greater Miami Expressway Agency.
SG-7043 - LCS Display locations functionality
  • Allows a user to define a device’s true physical location in the main LCS configuration while also enabling independent, user-adjustable placement of the device icon on the map. This supports clearer map visualization by spreading icons without altering the actual physical location of the device.
SG-7077 - Color Inside of LCS Icons Yellow When Messages are Posted
  • Updates the LCS icon to more closely match the DMS icon by adding a clear visual indicator when a message is actively posted.
SG 7079 - LCS VSL Default Speed per Roadway and Direction
  • Allows a default speed limit to be set per gantry, rather than relying solely on a single global default for all VSL functionality.
SG 7097 - RPG - Suggest "Move Over" for all Shoulder Blockage Regardless of Event Type
  • Extend the existing “MOVE OVER” posting rules—previously applied only to Law Enforcement and Emergency events—to all event types.
SG 7111 - Flex Lanes - LCS Expiration Messages
  • Provide a mechanism to automatically blank or clear LCS messages when a send timeout occurs, ensuring messages are not displayed indefinitely and reducing the risk of stale or incorrect information being shown to drivers.
SG 7206 - VSL Beacons Test
  • Provide ability to verify communications with SunGuide and enable coordinated flashing of beacons alongside LCS messages to support posting of Variable Speed Limit messages.
SG 7224 - SunGuide ICM Enhancements
  • Enhancing the Diversion Route Subsystem to enable per signal timing patterns, enhanced status reporting, safeguards for unreachable devices, and detailed operator action logging. Also streamlines operations through response plan data conversion, and external approval workflows via the integrated SmartZone application.
SG 7285 - Only Suggest LCS Closures for Contiguous Lanes between LCS and Event
  • Provide predefined LCS message suggestions within response plans so operators do not need to create or modify messages manually. In scenarios where a lane blockage is non contiguous (such as at an exit between the event and the upstream gantry), the system shall suggest a green arrow display on the upstream gantry to clearly indicate available lanes.

  • EM audit changes will appear in the XML feed provided by DAR whenever they are made and will thereby be available to external consumers.
SG 6312 - Device and Link Geographic Filtering Added to C2C Subscriber
  • This enhancement will allow filtering of devices and traffic condition link data within C2C Subscriber before data is pushed on in order to minimize the amount of data that C2C Subscriber pushes to the operator map and other components.
  • Filtering should allow defining geographic regions per device/data type (defined by county, roadway, and/or Latitude/Longitude), whitelisting devices and data within the defined regions.
SG 6355 - Security Improvements
  • Enhancements required to improve the security of SunGuide, i.e.:
    • Secure interprocess communications (TLSv3)
    • Replace MD5 hashes for more secure password options

  • This enhancement is for a new report that will show timestamps and associated comments for RISC incidents in the SunGuide RISC module.

  • The request is for the ability to set the RPG distance for DMS messages to a configured value when there is no travel lane blockage.
SG 6463 - Status Log Level Monitor
