Customer Satisfaction Tracking Survey

The Department conducts a survey every two years to determine the Public's awareness and perceived value of ITS and to offer some insight on improvements for the future. The surveys are broken out by District and Statewide. The Statewide information contains graphs indicating and comparing the responses of those that provided information to the survey, with past survey results. The District results are provided in textural format.
