Cantilever Sign Program v5.1 and Span Sign Program v5.1 use AASHTO Standard Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaires and Traffic Signals - 2nd Ed. 1994.

Using input wind speeds of 93/110/127mph with the 1994 AASHTO Std Sign Spec produces similar results as using wind speeds of 110/130/150mph with the 2001 Std Sign Spec.
