I-75/S.R. (State Road) 93/Alligator Alley Master Plan
Welcome
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has initiated a Master Plan Study that will identify short and long-term capacity, operational and safety improvements needed to bring the facility into compliance with Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) standards and to preserve regional mobility through the year 2050 planning horizon.
The Master Plan study will include planning-level engineering and environmental analyses to evaluate transportation alternatives for the corridor and its interchanges, as well as strategies to support efficient movement of people and goods while maintaining the corridor’s role in regional and statewide commerce. The study will also emphasize the preservation and respectful consideration of the area’s cultural resources and environmentally sensitive features.
