1. Question: It is 10:00pm and the reports are not currently working, what can I do?

Response: The reports are available from Monday through Friday 6:00am - 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time and Saturdays from 6:00am - 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. There is no guaranteed availability on Sundays.

2. Question: Is there a way to download a report as an Excel spreadsheet to be able to sort the information?

Response: We are currently looking at providing some of these reports in Excel format in the future, but at this time the feature is not available. In the meantime, you should be able to copy and paste the reports straight into an Excel spreadsheet and can filter as needed with minor manipulation.
