Functions held at the FDOT State Materials Office must have prior approval from the Director, Office of Materials. Official state functions will take precedence; therefore, the prior approval of a scheduled activity may result in a temporary relocation or disruption. All approved functions held on state property are subject to cancellation. Requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Questions regarding meeting room availability and application status should be directed to the State Materials Office at (352) 955-6600 or by e-mail at sm-meetings@dot.state.fl.us.

 

 

 

Note: The On-Site Coordinator is responsible for room setup/breakdown.
