Tammy Crumel is the manager of Integration Services Management Team. Integration Services provides the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) districts and central office with a functional and effective IT standard environment to secure the computing infrastructure, support for the Department's wide area network and technical support for data, voice, and video communications using cross-functional teams statewide. Integration Services provides information technology procurement assistance, administrative support, inventory control and surplus activities. Integration Services provides FDOT districts and Central Office with access management of the Department’s information technology security infrastructure and monitoring of service-level agreements and issue resolution. Integration Services provides FDOT districts and Central Office with automated software deployment and client management to secure desktop resources.

Each office is managed by an Integration Services Manager.
