LRE Help

LRE (Long Range Estimates) is an application used by FDOT Estimators to produce Construction Cost Estimates. Users must have a RACF account and must be granted access by FDOT to login. If you are a first time user or just need a refresher, please see our LRE Training to learn more about LRE.

Each district has a LRE Coordinator. Users in that district should contact their district LRE Coordinator if they have any questions. You may also address any questions regarding LRE to: [email protected].

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there specific times that LRE cannot be accessed?

LRE is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 7 PM. Access to LRE is not guranteed outside of these hours.

What are the maximum percentages for MOT, MOB, and Design/Build for Coders?

Currently, the maximum allowed percentage is 25% for each. The justification threshold, however, varies. For MOT and MOB anything greater than 15%. For Design/Build is it anything greater than 20%.
