How do File?

Any Department employee or applicant may file an employment discrimination, workplace harassment or retaliation complaint with an Intake Officer or the EOO. Internally filed complaints may be submitted in either of the following ways:

• Completing the on-line paperless form which will automatically be submitted to the EOO.
• Contact District Human Resources staff member or a District Intake Officer.
• Calling or visiting the EOO to discuss your situation with an experienced EEO Investigator.
