If the Civil Rights Analyst determines
that your complaint meets the legal requirements for
filing a complaint of employment discrimination the
complaint will be accepted for investigation.

You will be advised of your options and responsibilities as the complaint is processed. When investigation of the complaint is complete, the investigator writes a final investigative report based upon the facts determined in the investigation. The report is reviewed by the Manager, EOO as to whether or not a discriminatory act occurred. After this review, the Manager, EOO, makes a final determination as to whether there is a finding or no finding determination indicating whether or not there is reasonable cause to believe that a discriminatory act has taken place.

Once the report has been signed, the complainant will receive a copy of the report. If the complainant is not satisfied with the results of the investigation, they will be advised of their right to go to an outside agency with their complaint.
