iPad Air 2, 64GB with cellular have been chosen by the State Construction Office as a primary Mobile Device, for our field personnel to conduct business for e-Construction. We do not mandate their use by our stakeholders. If a stakeholder chooses to use mobile devices to help facilitate e-Construction, they may chose whatever device fits their business needs.
