Partnering Program

The intent of the Partnering Program is to mold groups of unorganized, sometimes uninterested, individuals into organized, interested teams who's members all share a common purpose.  To accomplish this requires developing a team concept in the minds and actions of the department and the contracting industry.  It is the desire of the department that partnering will become the way of conducting business and that these partnering workshops are only the first steps
