Concerning Bentley OpenRoads Designer 2023

 If your project involves drainage networks or structures, please be aware that there are some potential migration issues affecting certain versions of OpenRoads Designer (ORD). We recommend not migrating drainage projects to any version ORD version between 10.12.03.02 and all versions of ORD 2023.

If you must update your project to a newer version of ORD, avoid making any changes to drainage data in version 10.12.03.02 or 2023.xx. It is suggested referencing your 10.12 drainage data into 2023.xx files. The read only (referenced) drainage data may be used for drawing production and will avoid any issues with the drainage networks.
