About Annual Operating & Performance Reporting in the DCS

The AOR Performance report provides an overview of the program and a summary of performance trends statewide. All of the information reported is collected and compiled from each county systems annual operating report-based state fiscal year July through June.  The annual operating information is collected and reported in the Data Collection System (DCS).

The AOR report is completed on January 1st each year and delivered to the Governor, Legislature and Commission. The annual operating information is collected and reported in the CTD Data Collection System (DCS).
