Data Collection System Reporting Instructions and Information
The Data Collection System is the Commission’s web-based platform used to collect each Community Transportation Coordinator's (CTC's) operational statistics per County for the previous state fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). To log in to the DCS, please use this link: CTD Data Collection System (DCS). Operational statistics include system type, trip information, vehicle information, employee information, revenues, and expenditures. Below are instructions and additional documents to assist in this reporting requirement. If you need access to the DCS, please complete the DCS Access Request Form listed in the links below.
