Specifications and Standards

FDOT is in the process of developing minimum specifications and standard drawings for ITS devices. The specifications created as a result of this effort will be provided to the FDOT Specifications Office for review, distribution, comment, final editing, and ultimate inclusion within the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and Design Standards publications produced and maintained by that office, and other documents as they deem appropriate.

While the ITS Program is responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical content, they are published by FDOT's Specifications Office; interested stakeholders can review content and print or download copies at http://www.fdot.gov/programmanagement/Specs.shtm.
