If you would like to request a hearing before the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board (CMVRB), please provide a written request explaining the grounds for the protest(s).  Written request should contain sufficient information as well as any additional documentation to enable the CMVRB to adequately consider and review your case. Protests must be received within sixty (60) days from the date of the citation/ permit penalty. If the protest is passed the sixty (60) day requirement, please provide an explanation.
