Mobility Week 2022 was a success!
Several partners across Florida hosted events to raise awareness of safety and transportation choices. Events included free transit rides, group bike rides, bike helmet fittings, safety trainings, safety workshops and community events. Check

Floridians can Try Transit During Mobility Week
Mobility Week is the perfect time to explore new ways of getting around town. October 25th is Try Transit Tuesday. is your opportunity to trying a new way to travel around town safely by riding public transportation. Several transit agencies
around the state are offering free fares or hosting rider appreciation events today to encourage more people to try transit. Agencies offering fare free days include:
City of Apopka Celebrates Partnership with FDOT
City of Apopka Mayor Bryan Nelson gave invited FDOT District 5 for a proclamation adopting October 21 through 28 as Mobility Week in the City of Apopka. FDOT District 5 Transit Intermodal Supervisor Jo Santiago accepted the proclamation on
behalf of the Department.
