Definition

 

 

Entire contract is set-aside for small businesses

 

Encourage teaming with DBE and Small Businesses in Under-Utilized Work Groups. Will be a consideration for Shortlisting.

 

10.65% aspiration goal for DBE usage.
3% aspiration goal for “Non-DBE Small Business” usage.

Parameters

 

 

Must use only Small Businesses for Prime and subconsultants

 

Can only use DBE’s and Small Businesses to meet the under-utilized work group goals.

 

 

Only used when project is not a Small Business set-aside or does not contain under-utilized work groups.

Can I respond to this program if I am both a DBE and Small Business?

 

Yes

 

 

Yes, can be a DBE Prime, Small Business Prime, DBE Sub, or Small Business Sub

 

 

Yes, only for the 10.65% “DBE” Portion.

Can I respond to this program if I am not a DBE, but a Small Business?
