The Annual Performance Report provides an overview of the program and summarizes performance trends statewide. The information reported is collected and compiled from the annual operating data of each county-based
state fiscal year July through June. The Annual Performance report is completed on January 1st each year and delivered to the Governor, Legislature and Commission.
The Commission has published a final report on its policy pertaining to the use of Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund dollars related to "Complementary Paratransit" services required under the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The report results from two public workshops held on February 25 and May 7, 2021, where the Commission invited stakeholders to provide public input on this policy.
