SUBARTICLE 6-1.3.1.1 Approved Products List: Manufacturers seeking to have a product evaluated for the APL must submit a product evaluation application, available on the Department’s website at the following URL: http://www.fdot.gov/programmanagement/ProductEvaluation/Default.shtm with supporting documentation as defined and detailed by the applicable Specifications and Design Standards.

SUBARTICLE 6-1.3.1.1 .....Manufacturers must re-qualify APL products for approval on or before the product’s original approval anniversary date. The APL requalification schedule and criteria are available on the Department’s website at the following URL: http://www.fdot.gov/programmanagement/ProductEvaluation/QPL/ProEvalReqOther.shtm. The Department will consider failure to perform these actions as sufficient evidence that the properties of the product have changed, and the Department may remove the product from the APL.
