Estimates

The State Estimates Office, a division of Program Management, is the home of both the Long Range Estimates (LRE) and the Design Quantities and Estimates (DQE) applications. The DQE application is where you can find BOE Pay Item Details and the Master Pay Item List. We also publish the Basis of Estimates (BOE) Manual, Historical Item Cost Averages reports and Strategic Resource Evaluation Study (SRES) reports.
