    Commission Ombudsman

The Ombudsman maintains the CTD Helpline to provide transportation disadvantaged customers with an avenue to voice concerns about the coordinated transportation system. In addition, the CTD Ombudsman provides information about the transportation disadvantaged program and refers callers to the appropriate Community Transportation Coordinator to apply for transportation disadvantaged services.
