Functional Overview

The Data Systems Support section is responsible for providing technical support for the mission of Civil Integrated Management and other agency directed technology and data initiatives.

Required support is for complex systems interoperability and required processes based on business-driven needs that are required for data integration, software and applications, and operational technologies. Support responsibilities also include evaluation of data systems and technology performance as they relate to the desired business expectations or outcome. Other activities included Quality Assurance, Governance, assisting in the creation and maintenance of standards and training.
